Take pause from going, doing, and striving, and step into your glorious BE-ing with Liz and Charlotte. Retreat to a soft, subtle, and quiet space on the Oregon coast to rest in the sanctuary of your own heart and reconnect to your inner wisdom and knowing.

Rest is a sacred and purposeful reclamation - needed now more than ever. Rest holds the energies of surrender, trust, play, and creativity.

Rest your physical body...

Rest your physical body, both actively and passively, through myofascial release, restorative yoga practices, and soothing assists. Liz and Charlotte will offer a dynamic and a restorative practice each day.

Reclaim ease of pace...

Reclaim an ease of pace and ease of mind through meditation, pranayama, intentional journaling, and creative expression.  Feel the weight of expectation, daily mental stimulation, and excess sensory input slip away.

Feel supported, held, and empowered...

Feel supported, held, and empowered to choose what nourishes you. All practices and workshops are invitations, not requirements. There is plenty of space to air out, breathe, explore, play and connect with nature, your body, your being, and kindred spirits.

The intention of this retreat is to rest, revitalize, and recalibrate to remember your expansive nature. In addition to 3 nights' accommodation with breathtaking views and access to all amenities such as the hot sub and sauna, this retreat includes...

Daily self-care practices, guided meditation, pranayama, and dynamic movement.
Nourishing brunches, dinners, and conscious mocktails
A restorative practice each evening
Workshops on Saturday and Sunday
Guided journaling and opportunities create, hike, and explore in nature
Space to rest, unwind, play, and reconnect with your passions
Our last evening includes heart opening cacao and conversation

We encourage you to bring....

We encourage you to bring anything that helps you feel supported and nourished. Soft and comfortable clothing, blankets, your favorite snacks, a good book, a journal, portable hobbies, and yoga props if you have them.
All meals, conscious mocktails, herbal teas, and tinctures are created with love and mindfully planned to revitalize your body and being.

Registration

​We begin at 5pm on Thursday, May 1st & conclude at 11am on Sunday, May 4th.

​

Transportation is not included, and carpooling is encouraged. Address will be provided prior to retreat.

$400 non-refundable deposit due upon registration, balance due by March 1st.
